- To understand the "mind to muscle" connection
- The difference between strength training & cardio
- How to take your Hot Pilates practice to the next level & get the most from your workout!
Non-heated room.
Bring along:
- Mat
- Wear comfortable clothing (what you would work out in)
- Towel
- Water
- Weights & Resistance bands (if you prefer, we will have some available if you don't own any)
