In this workshop, you will learn:

  • How to use weights properly and safely
  • How to get the most out of your resistance bands
  • To understand the "mind to muscle" connection
  • The difference between strength training & cardio
  • How to take your Hot Pilates practice to the next level & get the most from your workout!

Non-heated room.

Bring along:

  • Mat
  • Wear comfortable clothing (what you would work out in)
  • Towel
  • Water
  • Weights & Resistance bands (if you prefer, we will have some available if you don't own any)
